Dear Stef,
I just spoke to a Very Snooty Man. I don't get why he was so snooty, he is working in a beautiful place and I'm sure he comes across a lot of 'well to do people' on a daily basis and he clearly was under the impression that I did not fall under that category, so with his very high esteem, looked down his pointy little nose at me and treated me with the greatest of disdain.
I felt bad that I got so much pleasure laughing at him.
